Podcasting at Intel

Had lunch today with the program manager for figuring out podcasting at Intel. He had heard that I'm a huge blogging and podcasting geek (guilty on all counts), so we chatted about how Intel can take advantage of these new media for communication.

The conversation ranged over a lot of topics, from good podcast production and aggregation software, to how Intel's culture of fear and paranoia (”Only the paranoid survive”) is a roadblock to joining the new conversation.

I made several suggestions of sites and software to check out, and promised to send links. Rather than do it in an email, I'll provide the list here, so others can benefit from it, or add to it (post a comment). That's one reason blogging is so useful - it lets you capture and share knowledge with others. The next time someone searches for “podcasting software” at Intel, hopefully this will be the first post they find.
